Photo Blog #2
Good news everyone! I was on holiday at the weekend, which is why this photo blog post is a little late (but hey, I discovered "touch" can set the file timestamp to anything you like, which lets me munge this post to look like I did it at the right time). Hopefully some of the pictures I took will feature here in coming weeks.
This picture was taken at the end of June, of a clematis (I don't know the name of the variety I'm afraid) in my garden. In reality it is a much deeper purple, but as it was taken at sunset after a shower of rain, the light was a little weak and the camera tried to compensate for all that colour.

Photo Blog
Good news everyone! I don't often have anything sufficiently interesting to say to write a post for sn17.org, so I'm going to branch out in pictures. Although you'll find much better photo blogs elsewhere, it will encourage me to take more photos. I'm going to try posting one a week to start with.
The first was taken quite recently, on 27th May 2005, at around 8am. It's a dragonfly emerging from its chrysalis and warming itself in the early sun at the edge of my pond.
