Grass
Another black and (almost) white. Just to add a little variation on my recent photos I put a colour cast on this, taking the tint from the original colour of the grass seeds.

Teddy and Me
We all have little moments of self-doubt, and Isabel is no exception.

There was a little post processing on this: curves adjustment to get the background properly blown out (it's a backlit sheet of muslin), then converted to black and white using the channel mixer (using mostly the red channel). Softened a little with an gaussian blur overlay.

Peony in black and white
It was pink, but I took the shot late in the day and the white balance was well off. Normally I'd try to correct it but there was little white on the photo to base a correction on, so I decided to lose the colour altogether and go black and white. The channel mixer can produce some really powerful effects with this sort of thing when converting to black and white.
